At Sheepskin World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium wool and leather products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all authentic tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the sheepskin items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original protective packaging to ensure the natural wool fibers and leather remain undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, our specialists will inspect the quality, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
